MEADVILLE -- Hamot Shock Trauma and the Meadville Medical Center are offering a free all-terrain vehicle training course to area children in an effort to curb the number of serious ATV accidents.
The program, to be held in Crawford County on Sept. 11, is open to children ages 8 to 15. Officials said they do not advocate the use of an ATV by anyone under 16, but they recognize the reality of their use by younger children.

TERRE HAUTE (WIBQ) - Vigo County Commissioners have decided against an ordiance that would allow ATV on roads inside Vigo County. The issue was brought up for discussion after Commissioners recieved requests from residents to look into the matter.
