swampwater Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Posts: 11	Melted plastic issue Just got my 07 500 and love every bit of it but noticed the plastic over the exhaust has melted. The dealer was more than willing to correct the issue, only has 11 hours on it. He says 2nd time seeing this and it's not common, anyone else have similar issue and what was the fix? More heat shield?
