The best thing that you could do is find you a good upolstry shop, like one that does boat seats and things like that, that is what I did with my Rancher and it only costed me 150 bucks, and the foam is just as soft as my Polaris.

Just a tought.

I have an old '91 Honda and I'm having the seat redone. My cover was ripped and the foam was starting to disentigrate(sp?).I don't have a stapler that'd get into the curves on the seat pan so I took it to a dealer to have them do it for me.I asked them to locate a new foam and they said they couldn't find any. They did get me a gripper series cover made by Quadworks though.I looked on my own and found a place called CEET Racing I ordered and within about a week and a half I got my new foam. The new foam feels as firm as the seat on my '07 AC.Now I just have to wait for the mechanic at the dealer to get back from vacation.HTH later
