Smile is a honda rancher 350 good for a first atv?

i was just wondering iv used my uncles polars a lot and my dad said i can get a 4 wheeler so i looked in the cycle trader and saw a few ranchers i was just wondering if there any good ?

honda's are known for their dependablity, most of them last awhile with proper maintance. i say go for it. don't overlook the yamaha's though.

Like Bama said, they are hard to beat the dependability of a Honda. You may also want to look at the KQ 450.

IMO go with the KQ450 or Grizzly 450. But yeah honda 350 won't be bad at all.

alright i was looking at Girzzly's but there a lot more money witch i dont have yet and when i get money its going into a snorkel kit and maybe a lift and im def getting some super swamper's

If you got the money for all that then just get outlaws with that lift kit they'll be fine.

The Honda Rancher was my first 4x4 atv, and it has stuck with me through thick and thin..

I think that the Rancher would be a good choice for your first bike..IMO

You might want to look at the Rancher 400 AT, it doesn't have the full time 4x4 that the 350 does. My understanding is the fulltime 4x4 makes it a beast to try to steer.
