Talking My new bumper.

Here is a couple pics of my new front bumper. It was built for me by a shop in Kentucky called Custom Iron Works. I had a front reciever hitch added, light tabs and it was all set up for my winch.

Just under $200. I've been searching for bumpers for a while now and haven't found anything I liked or gave decent protection. For the price of the steel, powdercoating and all the time it took to build I don't think I could have built one myself for what I paid. The shop also builds bumpers out of aluminum too. Here's a pic of one of them they sent me. So if weight is a issue with the rider they can still do something for you.

On the rear rack I have the factory 7" rack extension. There are a few bungee cords strapped to it. On the corners of the rack extension I have rubber hose. This is to help prevent the metal rubbing through my cooler or gas can I will strap down back there. Also if I ever decide to sell the wheeler the rack extension won't looked as worn.

It looks great, but the tubing looks pretty small. Let us know how it holds up if you have to push someone out or if you slide into a tree or something. Not knocking ya or anything, it just looks like it would bend easily. Again, it looks sharp!

Nice bumper-looks great-was it expensive? I'd like to find someone to make side bumpers for my rhino to keep tree and rock rash off the body. Do these guys make bumpers for other atv's or is it all custom order? oldatvr
