I bought several of these units to try out and review for a startup dealership on them. They looked good on the surface,,but when I recieved damaged and defective units the company didnt replace yet in 3 weeks. I called the warehouse in california and talked to Thomas,,he said "I call you later" . I called again next day,,"i call you later". I emailed robert wang and renfang wang supposedly the bosses,,with no reply for weeks until I started posting on the forums and ebay reviews where they are being sold. Then a reply saying I send you parts this week asap,,that was 5 days ago. I have talked to another buyer who told me the same thing. They sell then hide. I ahve notified visa about this since i Bought with visa!!!! So far since first contact with them about this dispute (may 16) I have recieved nothing. It seems like they could care less after the sale. I will post if and when I get my parts,,to show Odes customer service.

go to ebay-type in 400cc 4x4 atv and youll see a dealer selling them(motorsports wholesale). He states he has parts,,but when I emailed him weeks ago I got no reply. I also contacted many many parts suppliers and nobody has parts. I was told they are in stock in california. In hind site I checked the california better business bureau of los angeles and saw they have a d rating-seems this is how they always do business.
Sounds like a bike to surely avoid if anyone is looking for a cheap deal. I would be very nervous about purchasing any of these off-brand bikes that are being sold now.
It's hard enough to get parts sometimes for bikes made by the major manufacturers, I can just imagine trying to get parts for these bikes. I remember a while back someone posted about a Chinese brand ATV, looking for aftermarket wheels and could never find any.
UPDATE JUNE 8th-I recieved a fan and throttle assembly after 3 weeks of posting and contacting visa. I has requested a fan and STARTER. Took 3 weeks and now my order is half here. They finally sent something!!
I did a lot of research on those aftermarket companies. The fuel tanks leak, the starters catch on fire and the carbs are junk. I would say buy a used reputalbe atv before you do this. Also from what I read and got first hand was that the customer service sucked. Sorry you have had such a terrible experiance.

I also purchased some of these and haven't received them yet. Who were you dealing with at the company? I see quite a few of the companies are now selling this brand. The company has told me that this is not true and I will see for myself when I get my products. I wish I would have seen your post first before I ordered.
check california bbb los angeles for odes motorcycle. They have crappy service. Visa ruled against them when I filed chargeback so far. Keep all records and correspondance by email. They sent half the right parts after i posted and filed with visa. Over a month and i still havent got a starter. Im sure they dont stock parts,,and could probably care less. I should have listened to peoples remarks on chinese quads. I checked all over in usa for parts,, so far nobody carries the starter or anything . The units can be a good unit,,but if u get bad or defectives good luck getting service. I will NEVER again deal with chinese quads.

I am dealing right from the factory in China and they assure me that they will warranty the quad for one year and send parts by DHL express in 7 days. I also buy atv's from Maxfine China and they stand behind there products very well and have sent me several parts that weren't under warranty free of charge because of the business relationship we have. Hang in there and don't give up and I'll keep you posted on my progress. How many 4x4's did you buy and at what price if you don't mind me asking? Avalanche motors also sells these as well as Venom motor sports I believe. I purchased some atv's from Viva motorsports and let me tell you they suck. 21 days to get a little fan motor that when it came it was wrong.
and my guess is ur dealing with wangs-well so far its been 5-6 weeks and I havent got starter yet. I just got the fan after 4-5 weeks. Assurances mean nothing. I bought 3 units so far,,no more unless they take care of this express!!
Had to file xchargeback with visa,,odes denies sending defects,had to send mechanics diagnosis for defects. Read their reply to visa and CONDITIONAL return. Sounds like another scam to get money-NEVER buy chinese!!!! http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j1...scan0001-1.jpg
