Subsequently, the next morning my wife stumbled upon it (could be because I placed it on top of her purse... LOL)
Needless to say, we observed the holiday early to beat the rush and make sure we had prime t-bones to celebrate over.
One major problem with this...... I had to cook my own steaks???
