Thursday, October 19th
- 8:00am to 9:00pm EVENT Head Quarters Opens
- Location: Coal Creek OHV Area Trail Head
- The Event HQ is the place to get your event packs if you have pre-registered.
- For those that did not pre-register you will be able to register at this time.
- Land Use Permits for the Coal Creek OHV Area will also be available.
- Sign ups for the Friday guided rides will be open.
Friday, October 20th
- 8:00am to 9:00pm EVENT Head Quarters Open
- Location: Coal Creek OHV Area Trail Head
- The Event HQ is the place to get your event packs if you have pre-registered.
- For those that did not pre-register you will be able to register at this time.
- Land Use Permits for the Coal Creek OHV Area will also be available.
- 8:00am Guided rides depart, The rides will depart promptly at 8:00am so be ready to ride.
- 4:00pm Registration begins for the Sled Pull
- 6:00pm SLED PULL
- Location: Windrock ATV Club Events Area.
Saturday, October 21st
- 7:00am EVENT Head Quarters Opens
- Location: Coal Creek OHV Area Trail Head
- The Event HQ is the place to get your event packs if you have pre-registered.
- For those that did not pre-register you will be able to register at this time.
- Land Use Permits for the Coal Creek OHV Area will also be available.
- 8:00am POKER RUN
- Location: The Permit Shed at the trail head of the Coal Creek OHV Area.
- Riders meeting is at 8:00am, the Poker Run starts immediately after the drivers meeting.
- (If you are planning on registering the morning of the event make sure to arrive well before 8:00am to give yourself time to register and get your Land Use Permits)
- 1:00pm Poker Run ends, all hands must be turned by this time. (No exceptions)
- Prize presentation begins as soon as the hands are all sorted.
- Location: The Permit Shed at the trail head of the Coal Creek OHV Area.
- 2:30pm Mud Bog and Drag Race sign ups begin
- 4:00pm MUD BOG
- Location: Windrock ATV Club Events Area.
- The Windrock ATV Club Events Area is located off of Windrock Road and can be accessed from the trail head via trail 22. Just follow directions located along trail 22 to the events area.
- 6:00pm DRAG RACE
- Location: Windrock ATV Club Events Area.
