I believe I'll have to go test-ride one of these.

If they're as fast as I think they'll be..... I'm likely to get one!

unfortunatly I didnt get to start it but she looks like a beast! we have a ds 650 which right now kicks the poo out of pretty much anything out there...but this will give it a run for its money.
The Renegade carries the same 62 horse power Rotax motor that's found on the Outlander 800 HO, but weighs 42 pounds less.
The DS weighs 494lbs while the rengade weighs in at 597lbs. would be a good race with both non-moded

Gade vs Ds

The DS should probably Win the start maybe but the Gade will not be far behind and the longer the track the easier it will over come the DS in 2wd of course.
On the other hand if the Gade wins the start it will blow em the DS out of the water

it would be a good race. the ds is quite abit lighter. I think the surface and tires would make a big difference too

Yep

I agree weight of rider road surface all that however the power of that thing is not just the weight difference of the OUTTY The Gade is built moore like a Racer an handles like one. The Gade has so much on the start when you bury the throttle you better be sitting near the front or the inertia will pull you off the back if you do not let off! The Can-Am Renegade is hot man

it is a heavy bike...Ill give you that. but the sucker is FAST! have you seen vidoes of it racing other quads???
It does take someone with some power to ride it and control it. I think alot of the people who say that its too heavy..its just to much bike for them. You figure it has the same motor in it as a bmw bike...

Talking

I own A rengade and I love it! I get so many compliments on its looks and when others ride it and race it they all comment on the power, it was a great investment, although now I want the 2008 model, so I may put my 07 up for sale and buy the08!
