Photo Gallery Upgraded

This is not a huge upgrade visually, but there were many bug fixes, code improvements, and some features to make uploads and comments quicker.

In addition, the photos now show on every page of the forum, not just the homepage. That means we cycle through more photos and your own photos show up more.

Still have a little refining to do with it, but it is all ready for more photo uploads at this point.

One additional note.

If you have ATV/Off-Road related photos that you want to be rotated through the images on the forums, make sure they are not in a "personal album". Images in personal albums are not cycled through the random photos that show up in the forums.

Is there a way to switch from personal album so they will be rotated through?

Yes, you should be able to.

When you are at the picture, find the edit button and you should be able to move it to another category. Let me know if that doesnt work for you.
