| In my opinion and from the research I've done they do well almost anywhere. While not as well as an all out mud tire like the Outlaws, they have amazed me how they will just walk through normal mud. I recently rode at River Run park and came to a long swampy, muddy section that I was reluctant to try being by myself. Later while riding with a group we came to that same section and was amazed how I could just walk through the stuff.
They are a great all around tire for the riding I do. If however you are looking for an all out mud tire for up to the racks mudding you should consider another tire. Mudlites do great in normal mud, trail riding, climbing, even rocky areas. | | | | Jan 18th, 07, 02:57 PM | | Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2007

| I've got a set on my 660 grizz ,don't really care much for them in mud. To me they don't really clean out good. I'm getting a set of 27'' 589's for the mud. | | | | Feb 10th, 07, 12:34 PM | | Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Fulton NY

| Mudlites are one of our best sellers with alot of good feedback. Get the xl's and the tread depth will be better suited to mud. | | | | Feb 11th, 07, 06:04 PM | | Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Tennessee

| The mudlites are aggressive so there is a little bumpiness at very slow speeds on road surfaces, however compared to other tires such as the Titan 589's they are a smoother ride for mud tires. I have them on my grizzly 600 and have been very satisfied with the ride and performance of those tires. The other thing is they are one of the lightest aggressive mud tires made. in some cases your steering effort is actually reduced because your contact surface area is less than a stock tire because of the lug pattern. Best bang for the buck the Mudlites are tough to beat. | | | | |
