compared to those mud bugs the mudrunners just don't look that good to me. however i'd bet your right about there toughness. granted only 3 or 4 ply but the mud bugs are a 6 ply "rated" not true 6 ply. both from what i am told are tough tires though. too bad the mudrunners cost a fortune

I have decided that I'm going to go with holeshots ,something that nobody has, on my 04 foreman 450 this summer and wait till fall to get my mud tires. Because in South Mississippi it's bone dry in the summer so I dont want to put them on if I dont have to, but when it comes winter it's the sloppiest mud you have ever seen. Has anyone ever put holeshots on a utility atv before. Some input please?

..... I mean uhhh, no I must say that I've never heard of that being done. Not to say that it has not happened axidently... I mean...... on purpose... I mean.....uh no I have not heard of that.
I'm just kidding.

I cant think of a lot better trail tires to go with , but just in case you happen to run into some mud somewhere, you can still slip off into it with more confidence. Maybe some Bearclaws, Terra Cross, Maxxis Big Horn, MudTrax, MudGear, maybe even the Carlisle ACT Radial over the Holeshot, but I just can't see putting Holeshots on. Just my opinion.

I think He is talking about the Holeshots ATR's made for a utility atv. I have rode with alot of people who have them and like them...they go pretty good as well. They ride good as well and last a good while.

They are a little more $$$ than the rest cause they are Radials (I think). Here are some links for you to look at. ATV Direct is a great place to buy from.

Hard Part Search - ATV Direct - ATV Tires and More - www.4ATVtires.com

ITP Holeshot ATR | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

Naw bootlegger, I didn't take it that way at all.... no offense taken. (i thought this smiley was funny) I appreciate the thought though. You were right. I have not seen the ones yall are referring too. I've only seen the ones that are run on the sport atv's. So I was a bit confused.

I hope I didnt upset Jake P or anyone with my "WTF" post about the Holeshot's. I was just being silly.

Thanks again bootlegger and you take care.

Hey guys. This is great. I like a forum where people dont get all worked up and that members are concerned about others. Thanks again bootlegger and Jake P.

We have our own forum, but traffic has slowed down alot. I get on this one and ours and every once in a while I get on highlifter. Our forum is Mudjunkies.net if yall want to drop in. Its awesome to see people from all over the states get on the different forums. If yall get on, use your same names, so I will know its you guys. Take care my friends!

Thumbs up I AM SELLING 589's

I am selling a pretty much brand new pair of ITP 589's. I will sale them for $275.00. I purchased my 4wheeler in january of this year and had those put on when i purchased it because I heard they were some of the best! I am now wanting outlaws because I do more mudding than anything. The 589's are pretty much good for everything. They have been rode on maybe a total of 10 times. If you are interested let me know. Bnlangley82@yahoo.com. You definatley would be very satisfied!!

You should be fine as long as you have room and they don't rub. Just get what you like the most and you will be satisified......unless your like me and buy a set every 3 to 4 months cause you change your mind. LOL!
