Would I benefit from a lift?

I got an 08 Big Bear and I want to get 26" mudzillas. This probably won't require a lift but I was wondering if it would make it better. I don't wanna lose too much power if possible! Thanks for any input!

goin with 26 mudzillas would be fine in my opinion. goin with a lift would be ludacris to me. to much wear on machine. incase ya'll haven't noticed i ain't big on lift kits unless it's for extreme offroadin and muddin. but for the avg guy doin daily ridin and the occasionall going depper than should i don't think a lift is practical and wise. not unless ya got the money to pour into it.

big bear muddin, i got a big bear 08 myself. i think the mudzilla would do you fine. i mean i still got the stock mudlites and they put me in places alot of quad can't even get to. i don't know if it is my ridin style or how i manage the gas but hell if you put mudzillas on ther that thing will go just bout anywhere in the swamp. i wouldn't put a lift but wait for some of the more experianced guys on here give ya there opinions

Lightbulb no lift?

here goes me. got an 07 bb irs, working on buying new tires, not sure which ones. anyway, with the irs on the bb, don't really know how much a lift kit would be needed. i mean u got plenty of ground clearance now, add 26 or 27's and u have plenty of lift if u get big grips. what i worry about w/ lift kit is top heavy when riding hills/curves..turning over when tires bite down on hard pack/roots, etc. neway guess u got to deal with that either way. if u get 2in lift it shouldn't be horrible. Let me know what happens and how the bike feels im thinking on doing the same thing. what tires are u going with? i'm thinking about 589s.

I have the 2" lift on my 08 Big Bear and there is no difference in handling or being top heavy.
