I haven't been in mud THAT deep with my Bighorns... Yet. I'd give her the guns. But, I figure the winch would not be an option. LOL That's the trade off I guess.

Most 25" tires are just a hair over 25" and 26" Zillas are right at 26". Will I really lose that much power to go with the 26" zillas? I dont want them for clearance purposes, I just like the look of a slightly larger tire... How much power would I lose on my eiger to go with the 26" zillas? Sorry to be so annoying about this, just trying to make sure im not going to waste $600.

Man its fun trying to pick out new tires ain't it? I went through the same thing you're going through. You should have no problems going to a 26" tire. I went from a 25'' stock tire to the 27" zillas I have on now.

if there is a loss in power, would aftermarket exhaust compensate for it?

You'll be fine with the 26's.

For the type of riding he is doing...IMO, they would best suit him.

The swamplites are awesome looking and have good reviews, but are just a little heavier than I want to go. If I had a bigger bore atv id definitely grab some. How do the zillas compare with ITP mudlite XL's? These seem to be about the weight I am looking for. The ITP's are the only ones I have ever seen in person.

So here's the million dollar question:

You are the owner of my ATV. Stock height, no plan to make any performance mods. (not to mention that I weigh about 275lbs which is alot extra on my atv) Which tire would you choose?

1) 26x9x12F 26x11x12R Maxxis Zilla's

2) 26x10x12F 26x12x12R ITP MudLite XL's

3) 25x8x12F 25x10x12R Maxxis Mud Bug's
