I saw that. Our Arctic Cat dealer here has them on the way as soon as they can get them. They look cool. Thats awesome that a manufacturer will put a snorkle on a factory atv and decent tires and gearing to go along. Man, they really want to get in the game. I want to see others follow suit. Now that doing what the customer wants. My only complaint is... why not put a v-twin in it!!!

My buddy has been working with Artcic Cat to get a new store opened in Mississippi. He met them at mud nationals too. One of their guys told him that Arctic Cat tries to always make it to big mud events/mud bogs. They are serious about this and take note as to what the customer wants. They are wanting to hit the mud boggers and mud riders hard with new stuff. You gotta love it.

It's about time, I wonder why it has taken so long for a manufacturer to make one? Which manufacturer will be next in line to make a decent mud runner off the showroom floor?

I'm with Bootlegger. I dont bank on Honda to do ANYTHING second or even third. They are always that last to do anything. Heck they are the only ATV not to have a diff lock..... I mean come on. They only have one atv with IRS, but with no low range, diff lock and a suck butt transmission.

I even ride a Honda, but these are my feelings. Its just sad!

Wow, what a machine. Wouldn't mind waiting in line to get one
of those ATV monsters. But unfortunitly it would probably break
the Bank. Does anybody know what one of them cost? MSRP.

i figured hell just the fact that it is a bigger engine will bring up the price. add the snorkel, tires, extra effort and reasearch put into it. not to mention they are the first to do such a thing so they are gonna get as much out of it as possible. and the funny thing is, ppl out there who have the money are gonna spend it and are gonna once again try to better up on everything. but don't get me wrong i wish my bb came like that. heck i bet in the next few years it will

Not that bad considering the Grizzly 700 for 2009 is $8700.

I would rather pay $9529 for that as to pay almost $10,000 for a Can-Am. I guess i need to tryt o find one when they come out.

i'm not familiar with them neither but i do know a buddy who has them. says they ride soomthe and do well in mud but not in the same league of the vamps or outlaws, they are more like a moderate mud tire. (mudlite, mud bug, etc)

of cource he's got a pair of laws and is kind of spoiled to their ability to tackel some of the worst holes

The tires looks like a downsized version, kind of like what Maxxix did with the Zilla's, and they are new for 2009, I'm not sure how long the standard 700 has been out.

GTAYLOR, those tires are said to be ahight. We have ridden with some folks that have them. On one of my videos (Brute, Rubicon and Arctic Cat), the brute has them on it. As you can see, they are balled up pretty bad, but he didn't try the hole, so dont know what they would've done. They are great on the trail and in mild mud, but not made for the thick nasty stuff. Two weeks ago, I took on water and a friend on an Arctic Cat with those tires pulled me all the back to the truck. They pull great and got us up small hills with no spin, through some mud holes and back to the truck. Would that make me want to buy them??? NOPE. They are very pricey and heavy. BUT, for them to come stock on an ATV is cool though. However, they are on an ATV called the "MudPro", but the tires are not pure mud tires. The price tags reflects that they have high dollar tires, wheels etc. I'd rather put my own tires on. If you look at those tires and then look at the Swamp Witch, they look just alike. The swampwitch seem to have a little more spacing between the lugs and are probably cheaper. A lot of forums that I've been on, compares the MST's to the MudBugs. I've heard great things about the Mudbugs too.
