New Racing Camera Provides Affordable HD Recording for Motorsports Enthusiasts

Hoyttech's MSR-200 High Definition Motorsports Camera is the first Point of View camera specifically designed for the Auto Racing and Motorsports user.

Candia, NH (PRWEB) October 21, 2009 -- Hoyt Technologies, Inc. Helmet Camera store - Hoyttech Helmet Cam, Hunting Cameras and In Car Cameras introduces the industries first on board HD video camera designed specifically for motorsports and other on board applications. Until now, Motorsports users have had to rely on products design mainly for helmet mounting or expensive bulky on board options.

"Our goal in developing and releasing the MSR-200 was to combine the affordability and small size of a helmet camera, with the high quality and ease of use of a traditional racing camera. The resulting product is an affordable, high quality video recording system that can be mounted and operated from just about anywhere on board your race car, motorcycle, boat or ATV." - Chris Royer, President. Hoyt Technologies.

High Quality

The MSR-200 records in crystal clear H.264 720P HD resolution. The 5MP image sensor and wide angle lens provide excellent image quality in most all lighting conditions. Additional features like +/- 2 exposure compensation and 2x digital zoom provide added flexibility. The rugged, weatherproof construction of the MSR-200 makes it great for both interior and exterior mounting.

Simple, Versatile Operation

Unlike helmet camera type POV cameras which typically can't be operated outside of arms reach, the MSR-200 can be operated up to 3-meters away via the included remote start/stop record button and extension cable. The 110 deg wide angle lens captures all the action and dirt and rocks are not a problem with the replaceable front lens glass. The MSR-200 is powered by a cigarette lighter adapter so there's no need to worry about batteries running low. The system includes a suction cup mount for mounting to windows, dash & body panels and has a std ¼-20 thread for use with a variety of additional mounts.

About Hoyt Technologies.

New Hampshire based Hoyt Technologies has been committed to providing high quality and innovative POV camera and lighting systems for tactical professionals, extreme sports, and motorsports enthusiasts since 2003.
