Although ATV vehicles are mainly used for leisure activities, companies that sell them estimate that once urban traffic becomes heavier, they will become a regular means of transport. The leading players on the market estimate the Romanian market of recreational vehicles at 7 million euros, and are expecting a 300% growth in the next 3 years. "The motorcycle market is following the same course as the car market in the '90s, when there was an invasion of cars acquired from outside Romania, for a comparatively low price but with a high degree of wear and tear.

| I can imagine that the bikes that will be rode in Romania will be somewhat cheaper than we ride. I do like the concept though, as it can conserve a ton of fuel.
It is funny though that the United States probably raises the most hell about gas prices, yet we drive the largest fuel guzzling vehicles in the world. It's all about supply and demand. | | | | Sep 26th, 06, 05:46 PM | | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: L.A. (Lower Alabama0

| NEWSFLASH
Ccrane is running for President!
As president I will reform the ATV industry...
Every manufacturer allowed to sell ATV's in the US will be required to review at least 200,000 suggestions from the public regarding desired features/appearance/mechanicals. Any company who fails to cooperate and comply with public demand at a reasonable price will no longer be permitted to market it's ATV's in the US.
Every ATV will be allowed to operate on any road (outside of highways) in the U.S. provided the rider is 16 years or older and has a valid driver's license from his respective state.
ATV owners who operate their ATV on public roads (without traffic violations and/or wrecklessness) will be given an additional $1,000.00 tax deduction per year as a reward for conservation of natural resources, preservation of road conditions, and elimination of traffic congestion.
Terrorist nations will be bombed.
Any temperature above 80F will NOT be tolerated.
Gas will be $.99 per gallon
Diesel will be $.45 per gallon
Milk will be $.25 per gallon
Stamps will be $.25 apiece
Public phones will cost no more than $.25 per call
Civilian vehicle registration will be no more than $50 per year regardless of vehicle size or capacity
Any violation of any of these specifications will justify a public "Hot Chicken Noodle Soup Treatment" to be televised the same evening of the conviction.
Terrorists will be shot in a debilitating (but not fatal) location and fed to local rabid animals.
If you have any reccomendations for my campaign... please email me.
Thank you for your support,
Ride Safe,
Chuck

| i think what he meant about temperature above 80f will not be tolerated was any enclosed structure with inhabitants for more than 2hr at a time will have to provide 80f-60f temperature, like where i work in the summer it is 115f+ for 8-12hr straight and winter 30f | | | | Sep 27th, 06, 10:34 PM | | Beer Wagon Driver STAFF Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: DFW, Tx.
