DALLAS - You shop to put Christmas presents under the tree. Some of your purchases are made online, but what happens when those gifts don't show up in time?
You call.
You write.
You worry.
You panic.
Ultimately, you lose if the company does not follow through.
One Dallas company has the Better Business Bureau busy because it's left a lot of customers empty-handed.
The BBB said it had almost one thousand inquiries, last month, on Best Price ATV.
"I'm showing the company has an unsatisfactory record with us," said Jeannette Kopko, BBB.
No matter how much people paid for their vehicles, all of them have wound up with nothing.
"I don't know if they'll be delivering anything," Kopko said.
Parents are understandably worried their children will be devastated.
News 8 went to the company to get answers and wound up getting the runaround.
The man in charge darted out the door when News 8 showed up.
As for the products, one worker acknowledged, "We're running behind."
Best Price ATV contacted the Better Business Bureau following our visit. News 8 will monitor the progress, and keep you informed.
