"Texas snow"

It sleeted and iced over here where I'm at last night. It's been raining the 2 days prior to that also. This morning I didn't go to work due to me not being able to drive up my driveway at all. Due to that, I got the Raptor out for some fun. Growing up I remember my Dad's Suzuki 230 and having a blast on it. I couldn't have been 5 or 6 but it iced over one time and we went out. I remember riding up next to the tank holding on to the middle of the bars doing donuts in the middle of the street. Ever since then I've wanted a 4 wheeler. Today I got to relive that memory for the first time 20 years later with my Raptor. It was in the same exact spot 20 years prior to today. I bought the house I grew up in from my dad 4 years ago. It really was a cool thing to be able to do. I may be weird but it felt good to feel like a kid again.....Mikey

A few years back we got iced in to the point that we couldn't even go to the local gas station... we broke out the quads and went all over our neighborhood taking orders for groceries from the older folks who didn't think or have time to get necessities before the storm hit.

Drove right past cops and even waved at em... just daring them to come after us.

It was colder than hell, but we lit up some faces of folks who were not sure how they were gonna get by until it was over... and had ALOT OF FUN doing it!

Ride Safe,

Chuck

My nephew in Spring Texas is not doing his homework cause he is banking on them canceling school tomorrow. My niece is in Woodward Oklahoma and she had an inch of ice and 2 inches of snow Saturday morning.

I heard that they are selling more ATV's than Snowmobiles this season. WOW, would have never suspected that would happen.

I'm in New York right now and it is 56 outside. At home in Idaho I was told it is -5 and there is 4 inches of snow on the ground with more coming. I guess the Quad will be parked if I ever get home, and the snowmachines will be fired up again.
