12v outlet on 09 rancher AT

Newbie to forum !!
Just purchased 09 Rancher AT, been riding 06 4X4 and can't fiqure out why Honda left out the 12v outlet. I can mount a outlet myself but was looking at the listed honda acc. one and was wondering how and where it was mounted. It looks like it comes with a harness and mounting bracket. Has anyone have one mounted or knows where it goes. I would like to mount one up front to power my GPS. Any help would be great !! Thanks

I have seen them on the racks...or guys use a hole saw and put them in the fender

I prefer mounting them into the fender. Looks cleaner and out of the way. I even put one on my old 300.

I have seen them mounted on the inside of the toolbox in the back. They don't take up much space and you can mount them out of the weather....wish I had a picture but i'm sure if you search it you could find one
