Sounds like you might want to go with a different clutch.

Here is a thread with a similar question, although it was for a brute instead of a grizzly.

Clutch Kit

You can add exhaust and a jet kit,but with the exhaust comes noise so im not sure if that is something you want to deal with.If you want your low end power back I would suggest a clutch kit from Highlifter. You will loose a little bit on top end with the kit

Are you looking for quicker acceleration or more top end?

The rev box won't make it get there any quicker really. It raises the rpm limiter by 1,000 rpm's for more top end.I have it on my rhino and it does make it faster on topend

i dont think im gettin a regular rev box it says in the book it tweeks the timing and a whole bunch of other things i really dont remember what it said. i went out riding for about 3 hours earlier and got whacked by a few branches so i t probably messed with my head.

A clutch kit wont add or take away power. It lets the bike rev farther up into the power band before it engages which in turn is less slip on the belt and faster take off.It will put more power to the ground cause of how and when it engages. To be honest with by the seat of the pants I didnt notice any power gains with the rev box on my rhino but they could also be diff from each other.

No matter what anyone says, A clutch kit will not add 25% more horsepower. It has nothing to do with the motor. It may feel like you have more power.
