Slip on exhaust system / slight leak

I just recently put a Pro Circuit slip on pipe on my sons Suzuki LT 80.
Theres a slight "leak" at the connection of the slip on at the head pipe. It's not horrible but enough to bug me. Does anyone know of a "putty" or something similar that I could simply put at the point of the leak?

JB Weld or some tube Epoxy should work just fine, and if you want to take the pipe off agian the JB Weld is easy to break off.

if you take the pipe off and wrap a small piece of thin exhaust tape around the header pipe it should stop the leak, the muffler will be hard to get back on.
