LTZ250 Buzzer noise-won't start

My bud's Suzuki LTZ250 won't start, you hit the elec start and all you hear is a buzzer noise above the rear left wheel. We checked the fuses under the seat and the fuses at the box that seems to be making the buzz noise. All the fuses look good.

We are still wondering if this could be a batter issue or something else, has anyone else had this issue. It never tries to turn over like if its a spark plug issue.. all it does is "eerrrrrrrrnn"

Could be one of the two here,bad starter relay or a dead battery.Put a set of jumper cables on it to see if that helps.Turn the lights on and hit the starter button,if the lights go real dim then I would lean towards the battery

thats happened 2 me b4 u need 2 jump it i agree completely with scribner 4 me it was the battery
