2003 Prairie 4x4

I have an 03 Prairie 4x4. I've noticed for some time now that it seems like something is holding it back. It does have 26" 589's on it but it just doesn't seem to run correctly. It isn't missing or anything, it just seems like I am holding a brake on or something. I thought maybe it was the EBC malfunctioning and just staying engaged all the time. Is this possible? If it is, can the EBC just be disabled or bypassed? Or does it sound like it could be any other problem? Any help would be great.

Alex, The first thing that I would do is get the bike off the ground and spin the tires.If they spin free then the brake is not dragging.How about a bad wheel bearing?How is the tire pressure?Does it track straight? What i mean buy "track" is will the bike pull to one side when on the move.I am unable to help you with any further diagnosis. Best of luck, Ken

I hadn't even thought of seeing if the back tires spin freely. I know it's not the front b/c I just put all new brakes and all that mess on it, and they spun fine. Tire pressure is fine and it tracks straight. Could a bad wheel bearing cause what I have described? Well anyways, thanks for the reply.
