Polaris gas line

I filled up my polaris with gas then I noticed a line or tube coming from behind the handlebars that was just pouring gas out. I need to know if its like a overflow or what. My dad's asleep so I need some help. Here is a diagram of it. I think the thing im talking about is number 4 on the diagram. I think it says gas line or something like that on it. Is it normal?

Its the overflow.

did you fill it completely full?

Yeah. My dad told me it was the overflow and I could tell it was the overflow after a while.
