87 warrior problems HELP PLEASE

I have a 1987 warrior that just will not rev out I have had the carb cleaned checked the timing replaced the wire harness and it still has the same issues that it did before I did anything. I am leaning toward an electrical issue. however I am not quite sure I think it may be related to the revlimiter
Does anyone have any thought on this?

Is there any aftermarket parts that have been put on lately?If the jetting is correct then I would start checking your stator and coils.

Well I think I found it on 1987 -1990 the pulser coil has two sides and one side went bad I found a place and have one coming
