I just installed my HMF utility pipe, K/n filter, New dayco belt, and the dyno jet jet kit. I used a 150 front and 155 rear, 4th notch on both and 2 turns out. After installing it the bike will idle but dosent sound right, kinda like its missin alittle. But when i tried to ride it it seemed like it was runnin on one cylinder, had no power and dosent wanna stay runnin. At idle im gettin spark to both plugs. The bike has been sittin for 2 weeks and on our last ride i went alittle too deep and got some water in the air box. We got it runnin and it was fine for the rest of the day, no water in oil. It did have some grease/gook at the bottom of one of the carb bowls so im wondering if i should tear it down and clean it completly. I really dont know what else to do, any ideas??????

It sounds like some water settled in your tank and then got in your carbs.Try and clean them very good and see what happens after that.If that doesnt fix it let me know and we will try something else.

A cap-full or two of b-12 in the gas wouldn't hurt at all.... and will help dry the water out of the fuel if you did get some in it.

Might check your fuel tank vent for blockage as well.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Ride Safe,

Chuck

Berryman B-12 it's a carburetor cleaner.

You can use it as a spray, as a dip/parts cleaner, or in the gas to help clean the carbs as the machine burns the fuel... and it helps dry water out of the gas.

It's available at nearly every auto parts store in existence.

Hope this helps.

Ride Safe,

Chuck

Closest I can do for ya is in my photo gallery... look under technical drawings and schematics is what I think I named it. There is a full set of parts diagrams there for the Brute... as close as I have next to the service manual.

In case the one in the gallery is too small...this might help you sasqoutch....
It is the carb diagram for the 2006 Brute 750

http://www.ronniesmailorder.com/fich...5 9&year=2006

Let it load, this will bring you to the 2006 Brute Force 750....then click on engine (over to the left), then on Carburetor. It will give you a good diagram. There is also Carburetor parts as well on the one below it.

Hope this helps
