Well 10 years ago, being called a "wussie" evoked a much stonger response. But the phsycholigists have done wonders with the voices in my head and I've learned which ones to listen to. I keep the STFU to myself now. Usually... LOL

You can buy aftermarket steering stabilizers. For example ATV Steering Stabilizers I don't know about aftermarket steering though.

#25 | | Guest | I'm not sure power steering is a solution to "bump steer"...My problem with power steering is that it hides too much "feel"...My Sportsman already takes away from the "feel" of the trail due to it's soft suspension...I've nearly gotten in a bind because I couldn't "feel" what was really going on;I'm afraid power steering would make it even worse...I'd rather deal with "bump steer" at least I know what's going on through the handlebars...Does that make sense? | |

hell i don't even have power steering on my grand prix anymore and i think i actually like it better unless i have to do a lot of slow city corners that is. I can "feel" what the car is doing faster in icey conditions.

Yeah I guess I can understand that. I've never riden a bike with power steering. Does it make it as easy to steer as a car? If so I don't think I'd like it too much either. I like to feel "connected" too what I'm ridin' on.
