Patterson Mountain OHV Trail
The Patterson Mountain ORV Trail is a 15 mile trail located in the George Washington National Forest. The trail is open from dawn until dusk during the following dates:
Directions: (From Roanoke)
Take US220 North. Once you pass Eagle Rock, turn left onto SSR615 at the Roaring Run Sign. Proceed about 1.5 miles then turn left (South) on SSR685. Cross Craig Creek then bear left at fork in the road to head west on SSR818. Go west about 2 miles and turn left heading south on FDR 5020 (known locally as the O&I Road). Proceed south about 3 miles to trailhead parking on the left.
