Awesome trails.... Many memories of "Dairy Queen Hill" and "Rattle Snake Cave" has a pretty cool bridge you have to cross. Great riding, but not for beginners or little ones... and good luck reading the maps - we were lost the whole time riding there - made it back to our campground "way" after dark and we were all running of "fumes".....

GPS!!

I never go riding any trails that are large enough to get lost without my GPS. Its a great investment, I have a Magellan eXplorist with a RAM mount on my ATV and dirt bike. For $250, it sure beats being stuck out in the trails with out a clue which way to go. I also track which trails I've already rode on previous trips that way I can ride new trails each time I ride, or take buddies back to a cool scenic or riding spot.

I HIGHLY recommend a GPS! And I'd like to see websites host GPS Waypoints or Routes for riding trails. That way we can load other's GPS information up on your own GPS for cool points of interest.

Have fun!

I think I need to invest in a GPS - seems like we do a lot of riding where we end up lost...lol and try to find our way back before all of our fuel is gone.....

Went to northern Wisconsin a few years ago - luckily we found a gracious farmer who sold us some fuel & gave us some pretty rough directions back to our lodge... at least there we were able to just ride the highways back....

I have got some pictures of chadwick if anyone wants to see them. You can see them at St. Joe Park - Home. Hopefully I can get down to chadwick sometime this year, heard the trails are challenging.

I am leaving in about 5 hours to go to Chadwick. I will repost any cool information once I return. Pray for me NOT to get lost. I am bringing my GPS.
